Church covenant

 Believing in God as spirit and creator of all life and endeavoring to follow the teachings of Jesus; we covenant together to be an open active caring community of people seeking to learn and live God’s Word. We resolve to fulfill this purpose, with God’s help by:

 Welcoming all who seek to deepen their faith the good news of God’s love in Jesus Christ.

 Building a sense of Christian Community together through affirming each other as children of God, respecting individual liberty of conscience, and sharing one another’s blessings and struggles in life.

 Ministering to those in spiritual, material, physical, emotional or other need; courageously working for justice and peace.

 Celebrating those convictions in worship, study, fellowship, prayer, witness, service, and the call to discipleship. We further pledge ourselves to the support of this church in its mission locally and in its efforts to extend God’s kingdom throughout the world.
