Speaker: Paul Vick, author of Where the Cotton Grows.

​ Webster Baptist Church is honored to host Paul Ashton Vick to speak to the community on
Monday, June 5, 2023. A ham dinner with dessert and beverage will be served at 5:30 pm with
Paul Ashton Vick to follow.
Mr. Vick will be talking about his family’s legacy as missionaries in China. He is the of author of
“Where The Cotton Grows” which goes into details of love, family, strength and resilience.
Paul’s grandparents raised him and always brought him back to Rochester, N.Y.
Paul Ashton Vick is an ordained American Baptist Minister, licensed to practice law in the State
of New York, and a treasurer of the Board the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society. He is
also the chair of the finance committee of the board of trustees of Colgate Rochester
Crozer Divinity School. Paul and his wife Joyce, reside here in Rochester.
